When you have a strong brand there’s a relation between the user and the brand that changes their perception of things. Sometimes they become more forgiving sometimes less, it depends on parameters the brand has created for itself. Anna Halsall (our own UX Lady) is an UX’pert in what she calls Emotional UX, where the users simply love the product from the first sight. She comes up with concepts and build them while taking both the users and the brands (clients) into consideration which add up to a bunch of happy people.
We’ll hear of her journey into UX, she’s promised to get all nerdy on the Emotional UX and then there’ll be an exercise so we can get some Emotional UX under our fingernails and hopefully apply it to our own work.
